****roaches Heaven

Intercape...I am highly disgusted with the experience I had on a nite trip from Johannesburg to Durban 16.02.18. I sat downstairs on yr double decker bus and during the course of the trip ****roaches started popping out all over the place and some even crawling on me. I haven't seen so many ****roaches in a bus and it was the first i had seen from yr service cause I am a regular user. This whole experience left me disgusted, unable to sleep during the trip cause I just couldn't stop seeing ****roaches. This is disappointing Intercape that for 6hrs ppl in the bus had to deal with such BS!!! Excuse my language...I even regret buying a return trip cause this whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. U have lost me as a customer purely based that u couldn't invest in getting yr buses fumigated. Sort yr self out...I see ppl moving over to Eldo Coaches or even paying extra on Greyhound to avoid such. Disgusting Intercape!!!
