Chronically late bus and very unprofessional drivers

Good Morning

My name is Lazola Nelani and I took a bus from Aggeneys to Johannesburg on the 5th of June 2026. The bus arrived late at Aggeneys at 4:30am which was not bad but the main issue that this bus only managed to arrive in Johannesburg at 00:36am instead of 20:30pm. The bus had no breakdown but it kept stopping at way more stops than it usually does. This was not my first time using Intercape but yesterday's stops were unusual and very long. There were explanations from the drivers or even an apology for this.

A bus that should have been in Johannesburg Park station at 20:30 was late by a whole 5hours. This is unprofessional and unsafe especially for female passengers who are travelling alone. I am also very disappointed with the drivers who did not state the rules for the passengers like other drivers alway do. Passengers were drinking alcohol on the bus with some playing music on their phones loud with no consideration for other passengers.
