Cheated!!!

Friday afternoon 14th of August 2015 I went to a checkers store in Cresta to purchase a bus ticket 4 my galfriend who was leaving 10pm that nyt. Around 6pm my galfriend started getting sick n this meant she couldn't leave. I went 2 the checkers store green valley 2 return the ticket. Cashier advised they couldn't refund the ticket. She advised I contact Intercape myself 2 get the refund. Didn't make sense considering they are selling tickets on behalf of intercape and I purchased the ticket at a checkers store. I asked for the intercape number and instead got Greyhounds number. Eventually got hold of intercape n they said I couldn't get a refund, I had 2 transfer ticket 2 another date and everything had to be done that nyt n I would have to drive to parkstation or pta to complete the changes. 1st of all I don't know wen my galfriend would feel better n no date could be given, 2nd I must drive 2 the Eastrand 2 these 2 places. I couldn't do any of the 2 and which meant I lost out on R279. BAD SERVICE!!! Never again...Intercape T&C's even state refund can be given, so when do they apply???
