Cancelation of ticket

I booked a bus ticket from Potchefstroom to Oudtshoorn. They called me to cancel my ticket a day before my departure. That time I have aa interview. Now I've been trying to get hold of them for a refunf so tha I can buy another bus ticket as soon as possible so that I don't miss my interview, they are not responding on all platforms. I tried calling, sending WhatsApp and Email.
