********** by an inconsiderate and greedy bus company

January 3 2023 I was supposed to take a bus to Durban with my son but on our way to park station we had an accident, it was a minor accident of the car we were in and another, needles to say we were delayed and when we got to park station the bus had just left, I was confused, frantic and not thinking straight, then someone at the station said that the bus's next stop was Heldberg so he suggested that we can go there since the bus doesn't stop just about anywhere, so I took an Uber and rushed to Heldberg only to find that it didn't go there at all, that was money wasted, so we had to wait for a bus that got there in the evening and we had to pay again from Heldberg to Durban, I tried by all means to get a refund of the R1300 that we initially paid and tried in vain even after explaining why we missed the bus, they came with all sorts of excuses not to refund me, I begged and pleaded with them but they wouldn't budge, I felt ****** and cheated, I lost a lot of money on that trip and I was going to Durban to celebrate my birthday but it became a nightmare because of intercape, I've always loved and preferred to travel using Intercape but now I feel like they lack integrity, I still have the two tickets that were purchased I think in September 2022 for a trip in January 2023 the two ticket numbers are:***ML453 and ***TJ509 with a total amount of R1300, I'm so disappointed in the company that I held high.
