Busses not roadworthy.

I was traveling yesterday from Cape Town to Alice, the bus was not up to scratch as it was shaking all the way as if the wheel alignment needed to be done, secondly as we were leaving Cape Town, it switched off twice, thirdly they brag about all their busses having charging ports, which was not the case because not even one was working. Please check that all your busses are roadworthy as you are putting our lives at risk.
