Bus Trip

I bought my bus ticket for Harare 2 weeks ago for the 26th of April, then i got an sms that due to bus drivers strikes the bus will not be picking up passengers at Johannesburg parkstation but in Midrand and Pretoria , i just made a call to their call centre to confirm the pick up points and i spoke to the call centre supervisor Chennet who didnt want to give her surname and told me that there is no other way to help me even for a refund or alternative transport for me because its not their problem that the bus is not passing by Johannesburg station i must go to Pretoria even in Midrand it is not stopping but why send sms about pick up points that are not available and how must i suffer for a strike that i did not initiate strike.
