My name is Mr J I had a bad experience with intercape bus services. I'm from Johannesburg and my bad experience with the intercape bus service is bus tickets booking. I have been trying to book the bus tickets from JHB park station - Durban bus station. It took me more to secure the booking confirmation and references so that we can able to pay the tickets. I see these services as horrible to say the list.
