Bus Ticket

Dear Intercape I bought tickets in August and had to unfortunately amend the drop off from margate to durban i was then requested to pay an additional amount of 474 for the tickets to be amended to durban today when i wanted to print out the tickets in preparation to next week trip i notice that i was only send tickets for myself instead of both me and my partner by a lady called Cheslyn Rippenaar i then called and was assisted bt a gentleman called Keegan however he advised that my partners tickets had been suspended because i failed to pay the additional amount and requested that i resend the proof of payment that i sent to Cheslyn, i waited for 2ominutres on hold until the phone got dropped off. At this point I really don't care about the tickets anymore. I just want my refund so that i can go where my money will be appreciated.

i have really had enough of the service.
