Bus ticket

I booked an Intercape bus ticket for the 25th March 18:00 for 2 people . We went to take our bus at Park Sation, when we got at the Park Station the bus was about to leave. I got inside the bus and told the driver that the person im going with he is coming with bag as he was still looking for the Mask and the driver he could see him coming. The driver pushed me out of the bus shouting on me telling me that im waisting their time, they dont have time to wait for the person i was going with. Then they drove the bus with me inside as i was begging them to als take in the person i was going with. When they where out of park station joining the free way or way out from Park station the driver by the name of Sipho literally pushed me out and telling me that you will get the bus at Hieldleburg, i thought it was a wrong bus. I went back to the office and they told me there is nothing they can do. I took a meter taxi for R800 following the bus to Hieldleburg. I got the bus there at Hieldleburg and it was the same bus that i was pushed out on it, and told me that the reason why they left us at Park Station its because they didn't want people to think that they are *****ing us, by that time i showed them my ticket. What they did to me was really an assault and GBV, pushing a woman out of the bus. I demand my full refund and R800 that i meter taxi. I was going to understand if i didn't get the bus. I was already inside the bus. Both drivers were very rude. Name of driver was Sipho driving 063 bus, service 0209
