Bus tell passengers leave at 12:30

Was on the Intercape bus 8:30 19/12/2017 the bus staff let the passengers know that the bus will be leave Vaal Plaza at 12:30... On my return to the bus at 12:25 the bus already leaved... Call the customer service about it.... And there answer back was that is you problem you should have been back...And make your on way back to Pretoria...

What bad services from this company that you pay to travel with...

You are back 5 min before time at the bus and they leave you behind and you are told that is your problem how you are going to get from Vaal Plaza to Pretoria....

After all they have been in the wrong for leaving before the time they told you they are going to leave
