Bus stuck

Returned home this past long weekend on to be told of the terrible service that is provided by Intercape. My mother borded a bus at 18:00 in Maputo which was due to due to arrive at 03:55 in JHB park station. Date:18.09.2017. This bus was got stuck at about 23:00 pm till about 05:00am just after passing the border. No refreshments we offered to them, they had to go the extent of pestering the driver and the other staff. No throrough communication was provided and the they we advised that a secondary bus would arrive at 01:00am and it didn't, no refreshment or meals were provided provided to the to make up for the 6hours they had to endure. What really bothers me here is that this isn't they 1st time it happens and yes my mother is a frequent traveler who enjoys the price and comfortability of Intercape however I cannot let her go through such experience and no apology given.
