Bus stopping

Today I had to take a bus to Durban from Johannesburg. First the bus that we all booked for 11 was full. So we had to go and fetch our luggage and was put in another bus. We where then told the bus we where sitting in had a battery problem and they where waiting for a.mechanic that had just left from Pretoria. By that time it was already 11:30. We finally left after 12:15...,the bus has stopped twice already without any explanation. We had asked to be put on another safer bus,but we where told that they do not operate like that. The faulty bus needs to be fixed and we should wait. I have my son in the bus with me. I thought by 3/4 we would have eaten at Montrose. I'm very upset as we will be in this bus more than 7-8 hours.
