Bus Sevice gone Wrong

Bought 12 tickets for 6 of us to go and come back from Durban (27/04/2018 - 01/05/2018) and we experienced the following from the 26/04/2018.

- We were told Park Station was told the day before and we had to be in Midrand earlier but later told everything was back to normal.

- Our bus on the 27/04/2018 was 2 hours late in the morning, instead of leaving at 8:30am we left around 10:30am and we were not even informed in time of such nor a proper explanation given to us regarding this ridiculous delay

- Coming back on the 01/05/2018 the bus was a few mins late at the Durban beach and then we got stuck in the East rand and another bus had to be called to come pick us up after waiting on the side of the road for over an Hour

I have used the Intercape buses before to go to Durban but my recent experience was thee worst ever especially because were travelling with 2 pensioners who are diabetic and 2 kids who were now restless and hungry

I'm very disappointed at the pathetic service that we had to experience.
