Bus services

The driver put the climate control so low that I was shivering from the cold. When I requested him to put the temp up , he started talking to me in scolding manner . I told him this was not a school bus and I was not a child . He could have just selected a higher temp setting. Instead he opted to be rude and challenged me to lay a complaint on their complaint line. He did put the temp up and the other passengers where also relieved. I use Intercape as my preferred bus company but I get the idea that they have a attitude that they are doing you a favor by taking your money.
