Bus service not on standard.

Worse service ever. No social distancing or sanitizer on the bus. No working toilet on the bus. No employees wore masks or required the passengers to wear masks either . I traveled on the 7th of May2021. From Jhb to CapeTown bus only stopped twice for bathroom breaks. When I informed the driver at Paarl I was going to the bathroom they left without me and I had to arrange my own transport to Belleville to pick up my suitcase. At Worcester the bus driver stopped in a parking place and relieved himself against another bus and never worried about the passengers that maybe needed a restroom. I am an 80 year old man and this service is rediciolous.
