I booked yesterday a ticket online on their website phoned them and requested the mailed ticket.Simpiwe at the intercape service he told me that he couldn't see a payment made I then send him the prove of payment yet still he told.me to contact the bank mind you I already told him that I don't have to contact the bank intercape should make contact with they banker lady from absa told me that I need to contact intercape as the money went of so this simpiwe guy made me buy two tickets because he couldn't send me the bus tickets details how *********** of him and yet still the bus arrived at De doorns that was for hours delayed and it had a problem I'm still stuck here since 11 am until now 20;35
