At this point taxi's are more reliable to the intercapes bus services(aside the safety factor). The management does not seem to care to attend to complaints. I booked a 2 leg trip for my wife from bloemfontein to plk, the bus was delayed by 45 minutes, i am thankful she was notified.

However the message did not further explain that she has to arrive earlier than the 1 hour interval stated in the T's and C's to ensure she makes it on time for her second leg, instead the manager states I should have called to make a booking to get that information, which I find counter productive and defeats the purpose of intercape having an app on Google play (I recommend you do not book tickets via app). This prompted that I read the terms and conditions of the bus company. Basically the bus service provider claims 0 liability on matters that exposes incompetence/failure on their part and places 100 % liability on the user(I recommend intercape check their typo on the word effort on all sections of their T's and C's). Long story short I might have to spend another R270 - R370 on 2nd leg of the trip to ensure my wife gets home safe since the 1st leg bus turned out to be 1 hour late.
