Bus ride, very bad and unprofessional

Booked a bus for 8h30. When we got to park station we are told the window is broken so we must wait for another bus. 10h49 we are still waiting. When the bus come it is dirty the toilet smells extremely bad. The worst service ever. Would not even recommend to anyone
