BUS NOT PITCHING AT THE STATION

I booked a ticket with them (mainliner) on the 26 April 2024 for 20:25 and the bus did not pitch,until 21:30 a budget liner bus came and I spoke to the driver and gave him my ticket to look at he insisted my bus will come.I waited another hour at around 22:30 I called the call centre and was told the bus has passed.I tried to explain to them that I have been there from 19:45 and no bus was there however the lady was extremely rude and just said the bus came.I then laid a complaint online and got the same response that the bus came and the person stopped responding to my emails.I further went to the offices in Pretoria was told to call the call centre again.I did that and was advised to re-lodge my complaint.I send an email and I have not been responded.I want my refund because I was at the bus stop on time,had to take an Uber to and from the bus station (my costs) and waited in the cold for over 3/4 hours.And also missed a funeral I had to attend Saturday morning due to this inconvenience.
