Bus never stopped and bad customer service!

Worst service... and *****ing of money

Had to depart 15:25 from Vereeniging to Pretoria so what happend was BUS never stopped... So when I called the Helpdesk the lady I spoked to laughed at me when I told her that the BUS never STOPED so asking her to speak to Superior or Supervisor to help me with my issue she stated that they cant help me sorry I MISSED THE BUS WHICH NEVER STOPPED so I didnt ask for a refund only asked that the ticket is changed to new date of departure which she laught by saying sorry we cant help so basically they stole my R270 If there was any client service they would have offered to change my ticket with a new depart date. I would like to let this Company know despite the poor service given you just cause my son to never visit us again.. So thank ypu for notjust *****ling but also me not able to see my son again. As this was one of the conditions he was visiting here to go back home with no hassles which NOW DID NOT HAPPEN!!
