Bus left customer for no valid reason

The service of these people is seriously questionable. First of all the bus was late this morning, then the onboard toilet does not work. When the bus stopped to allow customers to stretch and buy refreshments, in Gqeberha my father went to the bathroom where ALL the bathrooms in that garage were full. Please note that this is a diabetic person and had to urinate. The bus then simply drove away, and told him he must take a uber to the next stop. Unfortunately he was forced to pay hundreds of rand to the next destination in order to catch the bus. How the hell is this fair treatment by the bus company????
