Bus from Cape Town to Dutywa

I had a very disappointing experience with Intercape. The bus was late, and at no point did anyone bother to communicate with the passengers about the delay. Customers were left standing around with no updates or explanations. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. If Intercape wants to be taken seriously, they need to work on punctuality and communication — keeping customers in the dark is unacceptable. This is not the first time experiencing this, do better intercape.
