Bus Drivers win over passenger’s hearts!!!

Wow! I have been travelling with intercape for a while now and I literally have no complaints. On the 23rd of August, I had to travel from Richards bay to Durban for work but I was only able to take a late bus (due to me working that day as well). I took the 19:00 bus, O688. I cannot for the life of me remember the drivers name, but HUGE shoutout to him. I was staying at the sun1 hotel and the bus driver took my luggage and walked with me all the way to the reception of the hotel and made sure I was safe!

Just a few weeks earlier, my fiance was travelling to PMB and the same bus driver made us feel so comfortable. He even spoke to us in Afrikaans!! Super super friendly. I apologise for not remembering his name but I am sure with my info you will know.

In the middle of September, we had to travel again and this time our bus driver, Peter, was just as friendly. We had a great conversation with him and just as the other guy, he created a warm environment.

Big shout out to the bus drivers at Intercape. You guys are changing lives!
