Bus delayed by 15 hours

I am extremely disappointed with Intercape. The bus from Bloemfontein to Durban was scheduled to depart at 18:45 on 12 December, but as of 10:00 a.m. on 13 December, we are still waiting — a delay of over 15 hours. We have spent the entire night sitting on benches, which is completely unacceptable.
