Bus delayed by 1 hour 30 min
I booked tickets from Graaff-Reinet to Durban, because there was no direct bus on this day I had to take a 2 legged booking, from Graaff-Reinet to Mthatha, then Mthatha to Durban. The Graaff-Reinet to Mthatha bus was delayed by an hour and 30 min, which meant I wouldn't be able to get to Mthatha in time. The call center refused to rebook the tickets and I had to forfeit the money paid for the first leg and had to add money to book another route to get to Durban. They didn't even try to assist despite the bus being delayed.

03 Jun 2025, 18:34Bus 704 from Port Elizabeth to Durban 3 June 2025, smells like urine. We can't breathe as the whole bus is smelly even the seats that are far from the toilet. We could smell the urine as we enter the bus.
