Bus broke down on N3😢😢😢

I am so disappointed on Intercape's quality of service. 15 minutes after departure from Pietermaritzburg it broke down on N3, a very dangerous road with lots of accidents. We've been stuck on the road for more than an hour 🚮🚮🚮🚮 never use their bases again
