Bus broke down, caused 2hour delay in travel

I used the Intercape Bus services, for the travelling of my son to go back to school, from Uitenhage to JHB, and the bus broke down, flat tyre, and there was no spare tyre on the bus. This resulted in the passengers having to wait for another bus to come and collect the, causing a two hour delay in travelling time. As a result of this my son missed his connecting bus from JHB to Nelspruit, and had to use extra funds to pay to make alternative travelling arrangements to get my son to school. <br> <br> I contacted Intercape to enquire whether they can reimburse me for the wasted costs, and the client services lady was extremely rude to me, and I submitted a written complaint, to which I have never received any reply.<br> <br> I am of the opinion that the fact that they did not have a spare tyre available on the bus is gross negligence and a breach of the agreement in using their services. <br> <br>
