Bus broke dowm

Bad service. The bus broke down over 2 hours ago and nobody seems to know when we are going to get help. The bag compartment won't open and we can't even get alternative ways to get home. We were told a mechanic is on the way but all we are getting are excuses. It is not even safe here,.theres bushes and we are not safe
