Bus breadown, drivers Dont care. Dont Use Intercape. Full of roaches

Yesterday i missed my 18 mnths planned MSC cruise due to a breakdown 14 km away from Mt Frere, bus 902. Bus broke down at 6am replacement bus only came at 13h00 a whole 7 hours of waiting.

What ****ed me off even more i had asked for my bag counteless time during this time, so i can make other provisions to get to Durban in time for my cruise. The drivers refused each time promising a bus tht 10 minutes away with turned to be 7 hours. I am so hurt and lost all confidence in this company. To top it all u buy us pizza as if thts going to bring back my thousands paid for my cruise.
