Bus booking

Iam so shocked with the way intercape people handle their clients its actualy ridiculous,i booked a bus to zimbabwe i was supposed to go with my child who was born in south africa i explained when i bought bus tickets that i didnt have the childs birth as i was going to take but i had an abridged birth and all the necessary documents,come day of travelling they refused me to enter the bus saying i ddnt have the necessary documents i mean like really i asked and you said its ok now iam stuck with my child n lost the money i paid for the ticket as well.this is the worst bus company ever you have lost a loyal client.
