Bus 920 - 29.03.2025

I am disgusted and disappointed with your level of service and concern for the safety of your passangers. First the bus was an hour late, we barely took off and the bus was over heating had to wait for a good 40minutes for it to cool, we left and then we had over heating problems again, at the Hex vallley pass where we waited in the dark for a mechanic for about 2 hours. Then another intercape bus came and dropped the oil, no mechanic just the driver replacing the oil himself. We left and had several moments of where the bus would just randomly stop and stand along the road. Nevermind the toilet that was killing us with a constant pungent **** smell for the remainder of the trip. What was set out to be an 17 hour trip turned into plus minus 25 hours. This was truly for myself, a ********** experience. I never expected wonderful but I was hopeful atleast for some professionalism, do better!
