BUS 730 Useless service and disgusting service from the manager and his staff had a nerve to drop the phone

Disgusting service from intercape and when I called their call centre the manager in charge was rude and dropped the phone...firstly bus arrived late in midrand for about 20min then in jhb it was stuck for 30min without explaining what is going on..now from 2am to 3am we were stopped in maritzburg without explaining what is going on..I called the call centre and the manager on duty had an obesity to tell me he was waiting for passengers yet the driver did not tell us of this we had to shout then he decided to drive off and while we keep making these stops he switches off the aircon and we suffered with heat...I'm very disgusted with service and I will put it all over social media if this is not resolved...we are suppose to be in umtata at 7.35am but bcos of this ******* we will be late..manager had the nerve to shout then he dropped the call..
