Broken Television

Yesterday was traveling to Johannesburg from Cape Town with 18:30 buts and my luggage was plates and glasses, home theater system and plazma TV. I explained to the guy who was packing and in front of my eyes, my tv was packed so nicely in a corner and today when get to Johannesburg it was under so many bags laying on the floor. When I got home the screen is broken and its not working anymore. I blame my self for trusting Intercape buses thinking that they can take care of our good. I am highly disappointed, for that matter my experience was too bad because they opened air-con we were so cold the whole night, we complained about but they did nothing, i mean its winter already every where for that. As in now am feeling cold. Should have taken a cheap bus instead of paying much for such poor service, the toilet was leaking urine the whole night. Yhoo thank you Intercape for poor service, now will have to buy a TV again if with what I don't cos I don't have a job. I am highly disappointed. See me now see me no more
