Broken bus overheating engine

We boarded a bus from Durban to Johannesburg at 09h00 29th Dec 2024, Durban bus station is in a terrible state, the bus had issues with the engine from the word go bus was riding so slow, the toilet could not even be used as the heat of the engine was making the toilet so hot that u could not go in, when we got to Harrissmith the bus broke down, the drivers were not even able to communicate properly in English, they told us the mechanic will arrive in 5 minutes, which was not the case, we were standing on the side of a busy road and I was dirty and smelly, this is not acceptable service, Intercape truelly is not what it used to be,
