Broke down on the N3 at 03am in the pitch black dark - HORRIFIED

Hi, I travelled with Intercape Bus on 25 Sep 2017 on 2045pm bus from Midrand to Pietermaritzburg. Firstly when the bus arrived in Midrand, we were told that they can only take 14 passengers which was very odd as there were more than 20 passengers and all were confirmed on Intercape at 2045pm. Eventually I was lucky to be part of the 14 passengers who got authority to board the bus. Secondly, the bus did not via Park station, It headed straight for KZN from Midrand which was also very odd to me and then my nightmare began when we broke down between Estcourt and Mooi River at 0220am. We were stranded in the dark with no visual of anything in sight. I was so afraid that we will get hijacked etc. Anything could of happened to us. The bus was parked so close to the road that the trucks that passed us could of smashed into us. I was very very scared and feared for my life. The driver then came to update us and he advised that a mechanic is being sent from Montrose to assist. We did not need a mechanic. We needed another bus. After an hour or so, 2 others buses, 1 Intercape and another brand bus arrived and assisted with transporting us that were stranded to our destination. Some people were left behind as both buses could not accommodate everyone. I managed to get into the second bus again but I am very disappointed and horrified as to which this matter was handled. This is not the first time I travelled with Intercape and have had breakdown issues.
