Bring back seat allocations

I am disappointed with intercape. It used to be one of the best bus services. Why are we not allowed to book and be allocated seat numbers. I booked for myself and my partner and we were seated separately on the bus. Bring back the allocation system. It's bull**** that I had to sit separately from my husband as I'm highly pregnant and needed to be seated close to him. Fix these issues or continue to lose customers.
