Break down three time using intercape

<p>I regret ever using Inter Cape buses. I travelled from JHB to Zimbabwe left on Tuesday and the bus broke down twice as a result I arrived at Harare 3 hours later than the anticipated time. Currently I am writing a review inside the InterCape Bus because it is stuck again. All windows are closed with the bus full to its capacity and we are expected to wait for help. How can the two different buses of the same company have a breakdown in the same week. This company needs to take its clients serious and service the buses and make sure that they clean the toilets (the toilet was already dirty when we left Harare bus station). I chose the company thinking that they were the best but that is not the case at all. We have to be compensated a mere apology is an insult given that me and my friend had this experience going and coming back from Zimbabwe.</p>
