Break down 10kms from Masvingo

Intercape's services has gone from worse to worst in some regions especially on the Harare Johannesburg route. i traveled in one of their buses on the 6th of November it was a (137) fleet no. had a breakdown and a mechanic only reported 3 hours after ,of which he was said to be in Masvingo 10kms away.after that he turned up with no proper tools and had to go with him under the bus to assist since he was alone. before he came had to try and help one of the drivers since we had already spent hours waiting.we only got sorted out around 6pm from 10 am. we only arrived in Harare on the 8th around 1am.The fault was that it had burst a water pipe to the retarder. And we were given the pipe by a grey hound driver way before he mechanic came.
