Bookings

I booked tickets over the phone spoke to Yonela on 23rd February only to find out that the days she had booked for me were incorrect I asked for a supervisor to go through call retrievals after I spoke to Jennifer on the 29 of February which I advised that I only saw the dates today that they were Incorrect the supervisor hung up on me. Pls help
