Booked intercape but rode on Big Sky on same amount

Hi. Yesterday I booked my sister a bus from Midrand to Durban for R270. On Arrival for the departure at the station, we were shown a Big Sky bus and were told it was Intercape. Firstly, we as consumers have a right to choose what we want with our money. You should have indicated that there we no Intercape branded buses, secondly, you should have indicated to us as customers that you have bought Big Sky buses so that we can make a choice if we want to travel with your big sky.

What you did was selfish, only thinking about yourselves and your business and forgetting of your customer's choice. So I book for intercape for R270 and get to ride on a cheap bus with the same amount. This is like going to the restaurant and ordering sushi and they serve you hake with the same amount of sushi.

You buying Big Sky as a business – great job but where does it put your clients? I do not have a problem with the bus itself. I would book it anytime, but only when I choose to, not when it is just shoved down my throat.

I feel so disrespected as a customer and not given a choice. We book because of the BRAND – DO NOT TARNISH TOUR BRAND WITH IGNORACE!!!!
