Black passenger more important than white passenge

When i made the booking i phoned and asked if i can reserve 2 seats by wich i was told Yes but it will cost me more so i said its fine and booked seat 1 and 2 on the sleepliner from Bloemfontein to Port Elizabeth. After walking to my seats were people were already sitting i called the staff to ask the people to please go and sit on their seats. After about 30mins worth of waiting i was just told to get myself a other seat. Sorry but last time i will ever use this bad bus service!!!
