BItter Cold Trip

<p>I'm currently in the intercape bus from George to Johannesburg . Firstly , we had to switch buses when we got to Graaf Reinet because the bus we were on had technical problems . Secondly , the bus we are currently on is so cold , the aircon is most probably set on 17 degrees Celsius. I personally went to the bus compartment where the intercape employees sit and asked if it could be made warmer but that was not done . People had to now put on their jackets , its really unacceptable and inconsiderate for the bus to be so cold. On such a long trip , the least we could be offered is comfort especially after being on a bus that had to be reset a number of times and was barely moving. There ain't even refreshments offered on-board. I'm really disappointed and never will I take an intercape again . </p>
