BEST SERVICE EVER

I would like to thank the lady at sales ticket who was working late shift yesterday the 8th June 2026 for her patience, kindness to go an extra mile, while I was misled at Shoprite while buying a ticket for my daughter and they said my 2 year grandchild would not pay, shock of my life while we were weighing the luggage and I was told at that point that the child does pay by by a under pressure guy who is busy weighing bags and ready to call next and in the mist of being confused he just said go to the offices if don't believe me, I went in distress and tears what a lovely lady, so calm with her manager at the back they were so helpful asked when child turned 2 it was only May as in last month they wanted to see the child we allowed them, they called for authorization, also advise the bus that there was as passenger in the office as the bus was supposed to departure at the time. All went well oh it was my first time ever to be served by such a humble person as the offices were about to close but they waited and assisted, I couldn't get her name but KUDOS to her and the other lady that was at the back, May God Bless them. This happened in CPT terminal ( Intertape Offices for Big Sky Bus) bus was to leave at 18h30pm and arrive in Whittlesea at 12h15pm
