Bag theft syndicate

My Mom boarded the Intercape bus in Park station. We saw her bag being loaded and she got a ticket for it. When she got off at Nelspruit her bag was suddenly gone. She is an elderly pensioner all her medication was in that bag. She also has an embarrassing problem as all her underwear is gone. Her laptop was also in the bag. When I went onto Intercape's facebook page I discovered 3 other people had their bags ****** off the bus as well. This is obviously a serious problem. Intercape have been very unhelpful.
