Bad travel experience with Intercape

My horrible experience for the first time traveling to Eastern cape to Peddie and Grahams town my bus arrived late and the window was broken. My bus experience brackes problem after Port Elizabeth when we reached Plattsburgh Bay we could not move so we have to wait for the machenics that arrived after 6hours.... Spending time and money for food and airtime and canceling my plans due unreleable transport.
