Bad services Intercape

Worse ever service from intercape I bought ticket for my wife from Pretoria to Pietermaritzburg, when we get to the station she was told she can't travel since she is pregnant, we understand but we ask the refund as when we bought bthe ticket they didn't tell us that she can't travel as she's pregnant, they don't want to refund my money, I call the manager by the name of Shaun and he dropped the phone on my ears , even at the Bosman station the lady Violet Mashimbyi who was helping us she was rude, ***********, I feel intercape their it's robbing us as customers , they want to give us voucher but I won't use intercape anymore, I want my money
