Bad services

I boarded the (sleeper) flexi bus from Vanderbijlpark to Belville on 09 May 2022 to Cape Town. I never got the seat I booked, the bus was very cold no heater not even a charging point was working. Today I called asking to change the seat, I was told the bus is full I cannot change anymore and before talking I had told the agent (Khanyisa) thst I don't have enough airtime. After she had told me I cannot change, she told me is a mistake and there is a seat and my airtime finished without getting all the details. I was just fortunate to hear the service that the bus has zero(0) of those servises except taking you from point A to B. I am so tired of this bus because the this wasn't the first experience.
