Bad services

I am very dissappointed and disgusted by the service i got from intercape. I booked a return ticket and selected seats. When I got into the bus both seats were taken and when i queried from the driver he asked me what is the difference its the same bus same seats. My question is why buy a flexi ticket if one wont get the benefits of that ticket. That ****ed me off because Intercape sells 3 ****en tickets, saver, flexi and full flexi. Why the hell sell these tickets with different benefits if it still wont matter where one seats.

I called twice and was told Operations will contact the driver and have this matter sorted. Nothing was done. I had my reasons when booking the seats due to my health. Clearly Intercape does not give a **** about people. All they care about is money, if money is on your side then all is well.

Rather sell 1 ticket with no benefit than lie and sell bull to people
