Bad services

Please be carefull when booking tickets to travel to namibia the bus drivers dont have the propper papers to enter into Namibia so now the passangers of bus number 502 with registration number N138-350W which is a namibian registared vehicle is not allowed into Namibia due to drivers without propper permits. Further when you phone thier offices in windhoek they lie to you and say the bus from Grunu is on the way she is looking at it on the GPS an hour and 40 minutes later the bus is still leaving Grunu and accornding to the second person is 121 kilometers away from the border with another bus. Passangers are not informed of this mishaps and are forced to sit in a icecold bus while drivers are sleeping like babies this is pethatic and i hope as little as possible people book tickets with this bad managed company ever. And the opperator in the line told me when i phoned this is hoe they opperate on this route sorry for the inconviniance
